This spring, in a difficult market, Amy embodied patience and professionalism as she led me through both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one.  I had never sold a home before and was overwhelmed at the prospect, and while the house was on the market, I must have emailed Amy a zillion questions at all hours of the day and night.  Amy always got back to me within minutes (really), with clear explanations, wise suggestions, and infinite encouragement.

Not to mention that her staging of my so-so casa turned it into a majorly attractive showplace!

Anyway, even in this dismal market, the house sold for a great price in slightly less time than Amy had originally predicted.  The sale was rather complicated because my co-owner lives overseas, but again, Amy simplified and streamlined the complexities, and the sale went forward smoothly and fast.

As for the purchase of my new home, Amy was cheerfully and enthusiastically available 24/7, and never once did she seem to notice my highly neurotic approach to house-shopping.  From January through April we combed King County together until we finally found just the house I wanted.  When it turned out that other buyers wanted it too, Amy's inner ninja kicked in, and in the space of 24 hours she landed me a pre-inspection and drew up an offer that the seller selected from multiple offers.

What can I add?  She rocks the house.

I recently worked with Amy Lindsey of Rockwell Realty. Amy found me the perfect house. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and my personality. Being new to Seattle, she helped me figure out which neighborhood was right for me. She previewed houses that sounded good, so that I didn't waste my time seeing places that weren't right. She was also willing to work with my schedule to get me into homes, including picking me up at work mid-day to see some houses during lunch. When it was time to make an offer, she was able to get a home inspector to the house for a pre-inspection in the morning before offers were due.
